Monthly, last Monday of each month, 6:15pm – 7.30pm

This original design is dedicated to addressing water fear on dry land, in the comfort of your own surroundings.

Our unconventional and supportive approach to water fear is based on decades of experience and expertise.

Working with gentle movement, breathing and body awareness, our method is to change the relationship between water and self, to facilitate an entirely new way of being.
