Winter Beach Yoga

Who knows what the weather will bring but rest assured that however cold it gets outside, Winter Beach Yoga is waiting to warm up the weekend.

Adapting to the cooler climate, we will enjoy a fun, free movement practice that takes account of conditions, cleansing mind and body and inviting a warm relationship with the breath and beach environment.

Expect quite a lot of standing and be prepared to be agile and responsive to a change in circumstances.

Curativate Studio option if weather is unsuitable.

Please bring a towel and cosy clothes. Hats and gloves may be required!

Slow Flow Yoga

Enjoy a gentle intimate yoga class of slow flowing movement, with the emphasis on calming and centring your mind and body.

Restorative and relaxing, we will focus on alignment, thoughtful transitions and connecting to the breath. 

An accessible introduction for beginners and a delightful opportunity for more experienced yogis to enjoy the depth of simplicity through slow flow and relaxation.

You will require a mat; something to stay cosy during relaxation, small towels, cushions or blocks can be useful for supporting your practice. Eye pillows are optional.

Walk In Wild Yoga

Inspired by natural cycles and patterns in nature, this unique outdoor yoga practice allows you to absorb nature’s healing energy and restore balance within the mind and body.

Begin with a mindful breathing walk towards an enchanting setting chosen for its beauty and tranquility, where we will enjoy a balanced asana practice in peace, before experiencing a walking meditation as we make our way home.

1:2:1 Yoga is all about your personal experience; creating the opportunity to learn and develop your practice in a way that is authentic and interesting to you.

Open the space to care for your health and wellbeing in an intimate setting that supports close detailed observation and correction guidance. 

Choose how you wish to explore your practice, identifying specific aims and concentrating on areas of curiosity and focusing on your mind and body in the direction you decide. 

Private lessons are available in Curativate Studio, a private residence or beach location.
