Whether you are visiting the area or here to stay, beach yoga offers a happy opportunity to interact with your surroundings and make magical memories.

If you would like to join us for a swim after the practice at your own risk, please remember to bring your costume and be ready to dive in.

Pack your mat or towel, items to keep you cosy during relaxation and meditation, as well as something to drink, kick off your shoes and get comfortable.

Smooth, slow supported yoga to keep you calm and relaxed. Soft, energising movement and breathing practice to relax and mobilise your whole system.

Enjoy a peaceful savasana with plenty of time to transition, ensuring comfort and ease throughout the practice.

A great place to come back to the breath with thoughtful, sensitive yoga certain to support and nurture wellbeing.

Suitable for all ages (including gentle years), throughout pregnancy, and for a wide range of health conditions.

Insight Mentoring

Insight Mentoring is a process that cultivates peace and tranquillity, using observation and awareness to impact your own experience. 

Meditation and breathing practices can have powerful effects and create strong responses. As an experienced and capable practitioner, Laurie leads from her own dedicated long term practise to recognise and respect the processes involved. 

Nourishing and supportive mentoring nurtures internal growth and understanding, bringing observance of mind, body and breath into focus.
