If you would like to join us for a swim after the practice at your own risk, please remember to bring your costume and be ready to dive in.

Pack your mat or towel, items to keep you cosy during relaxation and meditation, as well as something to drink, kick off your shoes and get comfortable.

The Pregnancy Collection

The Pregnancy Collection consists of sensitive private and group practices that support and nourish your body, mind, and spirit during this period of change and transformation with your developing baby. 

As a British Wheel of Yoga Pregnancy Teacher and mother of three adult children, Laurie’s interests lie in developing optimal circumstances for birth and recovery by helping mothers to have confidence in their innate power to respond to the beauty of birth and beyond. 

Partner practices are encouraged when possible and time is given to discuss and reconcile concerns as they arise to encourage the most peaceful, positive, and well prepared outcomes to prevail. 

Of special note is Laurie’s Aqua Yoga; a qualified and experienced aquatics teacher, this can be one of the most wonderful ways to practise yoga throughout pregnancy and widen the scope for rewarding movement and deep relaxation. 

Private 1:1 sessions are held in the Curativate Crail studio and can be held online if this works better for your circumstances.
