If you would like to join us for a swim after the practice at your own risk, please remember to bring your costume and be ready to dive in.

Slow Flow Yoga
Enjoy a gentle intimate yoga class of slow flowing movement, with the emphasis on calming and centring your mind and body.
Restorative and relaxing, we will focus on alignment, thoughtful transitions and connecting to the breath.
An accessible introduction for beginners and a delightful opportunity for more experienced yogis to enjoy the depth of simplicity through slow flow and relaxation.
You will require a mat; something to stay cosy during relaxation, small towels, cushions or blocks can be useful for supporting your practice. Eye pillows are optional.

Walk In Yoga
Inspired by natural cycles and patterns in nature, this unique outdoor yoga practice allows you to absorb nature’s healing energy and restore balance within the mind and body.
Begin with a mindful breathing walk towards an enchanting setting chosen for its beauty and tranquility, where we will enjoy a balanced asana practice in peace, before experiencing a walking meditation as we make our way home.
